COME JOIN THE TROPICAL 7S TEAM​

As the biggest rugby event in North America, the TROPICAL 7s needs a great team to make the event run smoothly. We are lucky to have so many amazing people join our team each year to make sure everything is delivered at the highest level possible. Whether you are a rugby fan or just love being an integral part of a major sports event, we would love to have join the team!

 

​There are a range of opportunities to join the staff and play a key part in organizing this exciting event, which will take place from Thursday, April 17 to Saturday, April 19, 2025.

 

From running the competition to supporting 100s of event partners, a variety of volunteer roles are on offer throughout the week of the event in the areas of site management, team services, competition management, event operations and media.

 

Volunteers at the Tropical 7s are well looked after with nutrition and hydration throughout the day and are provided with staff T-shirts. While we are unable to cover transport or accommodation costs, volunteers will receive parking passes and have access to discounted accommodation at nearby hotels if not local to Tampa.

 

Once registered, a member of the Tropical Rugby team will reach out to you to confirm your assignments and provide all the necessary information. Just complete the REGISTRATION FORM and we will see you at the Tropical 7s!​
