ON-SITE SALES & PRODUCT SHOWCASING OPPORTUNITIES

TROPICAL 7s is one of the largest rugby events in North America attracting thousands of attendees each year including players, coaches, friends & family, rugby recruiters as well as spectators. Whether you want to increase your brand exposure, launch new products, generate new business, or advertise to our core audience, having an on-site presence at the TROPICAL 7s can help you achieve your organization's goals.

On-site vendor and exhibitor opportunities are available at the 2025 TROPICAL 7s for as follows: 

​

  • Thursday 17th April 2025: Team Practice sessions, Athlete Combine and Talent ID clinic: 9am - 7pm

  • Friday 18th April 2025: Tournament Day 1: 9am - 9pm

  • Saturday 19th April 2025: Tournament Day 2: 8am - 8pm

OPTION 1 - BOOTH IN VENDOR BUILDING

  • Located within a newly-built dedicated vendor/concession structure located in the main tournament plaza.

  • Co-located with the tournament's merchandise vendor, tournament welcome desk and published results area to ensure high footfall.

  • 6 x individual vendor booths are available 

  • Each booth measures approx. 20ft x 10ft.

  • Lockable roll up door

  • Adjoining vendor booths can be linked together to create a larger area

  • Access to venue wifi & own power supply.

  • Each booth to be supplied with 2 x tables & 2 x chairs as standard - additional tables and chairs can be provided on request. 

  • Company name added to 'Official Partners' section of www.tropical7s.com, pre and post event social media shoutouts and email communications to participating teams also available.

OPTION 2 - MARQUEE TENT HIRE

  • Located in the central tournament plaza close to food concessions, vendor building, and other tournament areas.

  • 10 x 10ft and 10 x 20ft sizes available. Larger tent sizes available on request

  • Side walls available on request - subject to availability

  • All marquee tent rentals below will be pre-erected and ready for use on arrival.

  • 1 x table and 2 x chairs provided as standard - additional tables and chairs can be provided on request. 

  • Access to venue wifi and to power on request (subject to location)

  • Company name added to 'Official Partners' section of www.tropical7s.com, pre and post event social media shoutouts and email communications to participating teams also available.

OPTION 3 - SPACE ONLY (BRING YOUR OWN TENT)

  • Various locations available around the tournament site.

  • Erect own tent/marquee - must be properly secured.

  • 1 x table and 2 x chairs provided as standard - additional tables and chairs can be provided on request. 

  • Access to venue wifi

  • Access to power on request (subject to location availability)

  • Company name added to 'Official Partners' section of www.tropical7s.com, pre and post event social media shoutouts and email communications to participating teams also available.
